Seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join a strong, growing Electrical Contractor in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience, a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enable business growth and informed decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's data analytics infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient and scalable ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Design and develop data models that support our company's analytical and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain reporting and visualization tools that provide insights into key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our data analytics infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Some aspect of construction or contractor industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions using ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design.
- Experience with one or more business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
