Associate General Counsel | Houston, TX
Build the Infrastructure Powering the AI Economy
A highly capitalized infrastructure platform is seeking an exceptional Associate General Counsel to join its executive team and help shape the legal strategy behind some of the most significant energy, digital infrastructure, and development projects in North America.
This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional legal practice and become a strategic business partner at a company developing and investing in large-scale infrastructure assets at the intersection of power generation, energy transition, hyperscale data centers, digital infrastructure, and next-generation technologies.
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel will work closely with executive leadership, investors, lenders, developers, engineers, commercial teams, and external advisors on a broad range of corporate, commercial, financing, development, governance, and strategic matters.

Ideal Background
- 5–12 years of corporate, project development, energy, infrastructure, or commercial contracting experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and business counseling skills
- Experience supporting complex transactions, development projects, and executive stakeholders
