Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen as a Kitchen Manager
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Skilled at leading, developing, and aligning kitchen teams
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on food safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency
- Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction
- Ability to manage production flow, ticket times, and kitchen execution during high-volume periods
- Conversational Spanish highly preferred with the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking team members
- Comfortable working primarily PM shifts and leading late-night operations
- Leads by example and maintains a high level of accountability throughout the kitchen operation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution standards across all shifts
