Director of Sales and Marketing – Central Illinois/Indiana Region

Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary (~$115K) plus a performance-driven quarterly bonus structure
- Quarterly bonuses for both occupancy growth in underperforming communities ($1,500–$5,000 per quarter) and sustained high regional occupancy ($2,500–$4,000 per quarter)

Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
- Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within senior living, healthcare, or a related sector
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and driving occupancy growth for multiple sites
- Located within or very near the Central IL/IN region; willing and able to travel locally in a regional, on-the-road capacity
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and community engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Director of Sales and Marketing Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience leading sales for multiple senior living or healthcare communities
- Ability to motivate dispersed teams and drive change in underperforming locations
- Comfortable operating in rural or small-market territories
Director of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Travel regularly across 8 senior living communities in Central IL/IN, leading onsite sales and marketing activities
- Strategize and execute plans to increase occupancy and revenue, especially in underperforming buildings
- Mentor and coach local sales teams to maximize lead conversion and relationship-building with prospective residents and families
- Analyze regional trends and metrics to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics
- Oversee and support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and outreach events
- Represent the communities at regional events to build brand visibility and referral partnerships
