A growing Cleveland-area plumbing and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and/or mechanical systems and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts
- Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation
- Prepare and track change orders
- Attend job meetings and maintain client communication
- Coordinate with Field Superintendents and project teams
- Monitor project costs, labor, and material budgets
- Ensure safety compliance and successful project execution
Qualifications
- Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required
- Commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of project management processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
