CO Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Salary $75-80K, plus bonus eligibility up to $40K annually

CO Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience
- Proven background in P&L, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
- Positive leadership style with a people-first mentality
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
CO Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire operation of both warehouse and retail environments
- Directly supervise, guide, coach, and mentor team members
- Build genuine guest connections and foster strong business relationships
- Promote community engagement and involvement
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
