General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Requirements:

• Recent General Manager experience with a proven track record of leadership

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to uphold brand standards across all departments

• Proven ability to drive business growth and community engagement

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, motivate, coach, and develop team members while building a positive team culture

• Drive new business through community outreach, partnerships, and local engagement initiatives

• Uphold brand standards and ensure operational excellence across all departments

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and community partners

• Create a fun, welcoming environment for both guests and team members while delivering an exceptional experience every day
