We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the bar program in a fine-dining, chef-driven restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about cocktails, wine, and guest experience, and who thrives in high-volume, upscale environments.

Fine Dining Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations
- 3+ years of bar management or beverage leadership experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Background in high-volume operations exceeding $4M annually
- Proven experience building, training, and leading bar teams
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cost management, and purchasing
- Confident leader with strong floor presence and guest engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and execution
Fine Dining Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead all bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage quality and service standards
- Develop, maintain, and execute cocktail, wine, and spirits programs
- Manage beverage costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Train and mentor bartenders and support staff on product knowledge and technique
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance across all bar areas
- Partner with leadership to align beverage offerings with the overall dining experience
- Drive performance while upholding brand and hospitality standards
