We are seeking a talented Executive Chef for an upscale, food-driven restaurant. Join a disciplined, hospitality-focused team and lead a high-performing culinary operation.
EXECUTIVE CHEF COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
- Benefits package included
- Dinner shifts only
- Closed annually on:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- Additional perks available
EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all BOH operations for an upscale, fine-dining concept
- Drive food quality, consistency, and execution
- Manage food and labor costs within established targets
- Train, mentor, and develop a disciplined culinary team
- Oversee service execution, private dining, and special events
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Communicate clearly and effectively across departments
- Assign responsibility and enforce accountability
EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of culinary proficiency across techniques, ingredients, and execution
- 3–5+ years experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Proven success in high-volume upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Experience managing $4M–$5M in annual sales
- Demonstrated longevity and loyalty in past roles
- Combination of corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
- Italian culinary background preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop BOH teams
- Self-motivated leader with strong urgency and accountability
