- Lead, develop, and mentor a regional sales team of 6–9 representatives

- Coach the team using data insights, pipeline analytics, and call reviews
- Ensure consistent and ethical sales practices aligned with company standards
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and maximize selling time
- Maintain key client relationships and support proposals and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand and editorial alignment
- Support revenue generation for regional conferences and event sponsorships
