Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4 or 5 Star Hotel properties and in assuming a role at a struggling property. General Manager Benefits:
- Salary – $125,000 to $155,000
- Bonus based on performance

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team members
- Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
- Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
- Create a memorable Guest experience
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering
General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of 4+ Star Hotel experience as General Manager is a must
- Strong background in turning around struggling hotels
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
