Lead a High-Performing Sales Team and Build Your Income
Are you a proven sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, driving revenue, and closing business? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales organization from our Erie office.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, improve processes, create accountability, and actively participate in sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry and be passionate about helping both customers and team members succeed.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Salary + Commission Structure
- Conservative first-year earnings projected in the $140,000+ range
- Uncapped earning potential for high performers

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals and estimators
- Drive sales performance through coaching, accountability, and training
- Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching to improve close rates and customer experience
- Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, forecasts, and departmental performance
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent
- Support the team in closing opportunities and maximizing revenue
- Improve sales systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency
- Build relationships within the community and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with ownership to develop growth strategies and achieve company goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of leadership, management, or team-building experience
- Construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of coaching and developing successful sales teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience managing KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
- Results-driven with a passion for helping teams succeed
