Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience in home care, healthcare services, staffing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience managing teams and overseeing multi-service or multi-location operations
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and resolve escalated concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency; experience with Mac/Apple systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours in support of a 24/7 service model
- Successful completion of AHCA Level 2 background screening
Must Haves
- Oversee daily coordination of 24/7 client coverage, ensuring seamless scheduling transitions and contingency planning for call-outs
- Implement Plan B and Plan C staffing strategies to prevent service disruption
- Maintain audit-ready AHCA and Medicaid documentation across all active client files
- Act as escalation point for hospitals, referral partners, and family members requiring urgent resolution
- Monitor referral pipeline and convert inquiries into fully staffed 24/7 cases
- Develop operational systems to support scaling from single-market to multi-market service delivery
- Supervise administrative team members and implement accountability tracking metrics
- Partner directly with ownership on expansion strategy and revenue growth initiatives
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in nurse registry or Medicaid-based service models
- Background scaling healthcare operations from startup or growth phase
- Experience preparing for regulatory audits and compliance reviews
- High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting referral development and hospital relationship building
- Multi-site healthcare operations exposure
