Executive Chef

$110,000 – $120,000 Base Salary + Up to 20% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k)
I'm currently partnering with one of the most respected and fastest-growing hospitality groups in the country to identify an exceptional Executive Chef for a flagship restaurant in DC.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a kitchen. My client is seeking a culinary leader who can inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and maintain the high standards that have helped make this organization an industry leader.

What You'll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations for a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Drive food quality, consistency, and execution at every service
- Manage food cost, labor cost, purchasing, and inventory controls
- Partner with restaurant leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction
- Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, development, and teamwork
What We're Looking For
- Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or polished casual environment
- Strong financial acumen with proven success managing food and labor costs
- Passion for coaching, developing, and retaining culinary talent
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to excellence
- Stable career progression and a track record of success
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
- Bonus Potential: Up to 20%
