Seasonal Executive Chef
Seeking an experienced, creative, and dynamic Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team for the upcoming season. Located in the heart of Provincetown, our restaurant is known for its upscale dining experience, innovative American cuisine, seafood, and exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant and bustling seasonal environment.
Seasonal Executive Chef Benefits:
- Above market compensation based on experience, $2,250-$2,600 weekly!

Seasonal Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and plating.
- Create seasonal, locally inspired, and innovative menus
- Lead, train, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and waste to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Seasonal Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
- Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the season.
