Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Expectations
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to lead and motivate staff in a high-energy environment
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and POS systems
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and operational execution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Ability to manage guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Experience reviewing sales performance and implementing strategies to drive results
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus
