We are seeking a dynamic Area Director to lead 5-8 locations within the Pittsburgh territory. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and people development across the region. The Area Director serves as the strategic link between franchise ownership and restaurant-level leadership, ensuring brand standards are executed flawlessly while building a culture of accountability and high performance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple high-volume restaurants
- Own P&L performance, including sales, food cost, labor, and controllables
- Drive same-store sales growth and profitability
- Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Conduct operational audits and ensure brand standard execution
- Lead food safety, OSHA, and compliance initiatives
- Support new store openings, hiring, and grand opening execution
- Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven action plans
- Build strong community presence and local marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)
- Proven success managing P&L across multiple locations
- Strong leadership and talent development skills
- Experience in high-volume operations
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- 4 days in hands-on operations and 1 admin day.
