Order to Cash (O2C) Manager — Credit, Collections & Accounts Receivable Leadership
Pittsburgh, PA | Lead a Team of 7 | Own Credit Decisions | Drive Cash Flow
We're hiring an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Manager to lead credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations for a growing industrial and transportation-focused organization.
This role requires:
- 5+ years specifically in commercial credit, collections, or AR — not general accounting
- Direct experience making credit decisions (reviewing financials, setting credit limits, managing risk exposure)
- Proven experience leading a team — this is a player-coach seat managing 7 AR/credit professionals
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, equipment, fleet, dealership, rental, or commercial service environments
If you haven't personally owned credit limit decisions or managed a collections team, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay, we'd rather you save the time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 credit and accounts receivable professionals
- Review customer financial statements and make commercial credit decisions
- Establish and manage customer credit limits and exposure
- Improve collections performance, DSO, and overall cash flow
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve escalated collection matters
- Partner with sales, operations, service, and finance leadership
- Build KPIs, reporting, and portfolio analysis for senior leadership
WHY THIS ROLE
- Lead an established team of 7
- Significant visibility with executive leadership
- Direct impact on company cash flow and business performance
- Stable, growing organization with long-term career potential
Candidates from manufacturing, industrial distribution, transportation, heavy equipment, truck dealerships, fleet services, rental equipment, or commercial service organizations are strongly encouraged to apply — provided you've held direct credit and team leadership responsibility.
