Regional Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
- 2+ years of union property experience required
- Proficient Spanish-speaking ability required
- Experience within casino hospitality, high-volume restaurants, or multi-unit food and beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing P&Ls, labor reports, inventory results, budgets, and operational metrics
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement action plans for improvement
- Lead, coach, train, and develop General Managers and management teams while creating succession plans and leadership development initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources and leadership teams on employee relations, grievance procedures, staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management initiatives
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives to improve profitability and operational performance
