We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist for a well-established company. The ideal candidate for the Customer Account Specialist role will be responsible for maintaining accuracy, organization, and communication across customer orders and internal operations.
Customer Account Specialist Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Enter all customer Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently
• Build customer Sales Orders
• Create RMAs when necessary and ensure all related documentation is correctly filed
• Perform high-volume data entry
• Data Entry: Minimum 5 years (Required)
• Customer Service: Minimum 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Outlook: Minimum 2 years (Required)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and PDF software
• Purchase orders, invoicing, or manufacturing sales experience
Customer Account Specialist Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $20 – $24 hourly, based on experience
