Marketing Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design abilities with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate social media content calendars and engagement.
- Commitment to confidentiality, team collaboration, and upholding company values.
Marketing Coordinator Preferred Background and Skills
- 1-2 years of professional marketing experience, ideally supporting multi-location teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Arts, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing and proposal coordination within the A/E/C industry.
- Experience with CRM or information management systems (Unanet/Cosential, Deltek Vision, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to lead proposal responses and develop persuasive marketing collateral.
