Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management, including GM experience
- Proven success managing FOH and BOH operations
- Strong P&L, labor, and cost control experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong teams
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in polished, upscale dining atmospheres
- Familiarity with beverage-driven revenue environments
- Track record of improving operational consistency and profitability
- Strong leadership presence and accountability standards
