We are seeking a Service Technician to support inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, intrusion, access control, and video surveillance systems. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing routine service, and ensuring systems operate safely and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform system inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
Repair or replace components as needed
Assist with installation and system upgrades
Follow safety procedures and document service activities
Provide technical support to customers and team members
Qualifications:
Experience with alarm or low-voltage systems preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in the field
Good communication and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical training or certification a plus
Valid driver’s license and work authorization required
