Our multi-unit, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Culinary Operations in Florida's Gulf Coast to lead culinary execution, standards, and scalability across a growing portfolio of several high-volume, full-service scratch-kitchen restaurants, with additional locations planned over the coming years. We're looking for a hands-on, field-based culinary operator who can execute the vision of a closely aligned ownership group while building the systems to scale a growing restaurant brand.
