Our multi-unit, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking an experienced Director of Culinary Operations in Florida's Gulf Coast to lead culinary execution, standards, and scalability across a growing portfolio of several high-volume, full-service scratch-kitchen restaurants, with additional locations planned over the coming years. We're looking for a hands-on, field-based culinary operator who can execute the vision of a closely aligned ownership group while building the systems to scale a growing restaurant brand.

Director of Culinary Responsibilities:
- Lead culinary operations across all current and future restaurant locations
- Ensure consistent execution of scratch-kitchen standards, recipes, and guest experience across all units
- Drive food cost control, labor efficiency, and prime cost optimization across the organization
- Develop, coach, and elevate Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams across multiple locations
- Build scalable culinary systems, including SOPs, training programs, and operational standards
- Support and lead new restaurant openings from pre-opening through stabilization
- Partner directly with Managing Partners to execute culinary vision and operational strategy
- Analyze P&L performance and operational KPIs to drive financial accountability
- Standardize purchasing, inventory, and recipe costing systems across all locations
Director of Culinary Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit culinary leadership responsibility
- Proven experience in high-volume, full-service scratch-kitchen environments
- Strong background managing multiple restaurant P&Ls and driving financial performance
- Demonstrated success building systems in growing multi-unit restaurant organizations
- Experience leading Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams across multiple locations
- Strong operational expertise in food cost, labor management, and inventory control
