SOUS CHEF MUST HAVE:
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine-dining restaurant in a Luxury Hotel
SOUS CHEF RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Execution of creative menus, recipes, and SOPs
- Managing and scheduling a team
- Adhering to sanitation and health regulations
- Responsible for daily prep and working a station
