We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Store Operations to lead a rapidly expanding multi-unit retail organization and build the operational infrastructure needed to support national growth.
Vice President of Store Operations, Benefits and Compensation:
- $160,000 to $180,000 base salary

Vice President of Store Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience
- Multi-unit retail operations leadership experience required
- Experience overseeing multiple markets, districts, or regions
- Strong P&L ownership and financial management expertise
- Proven success leading large field-based leadership teams
- Experience building operational processes, systems, and accountability structures
- Demonstrated success scaling growing retail organizations
- Ability to travel as needed to support store operations and expansion efforts
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and organizational influence
Must-Haves:
- Drive operational excellence across all store locations
- Establish and implement scalable operating procedures and performance standards
- Develop and lead General Managers, Store Managers, and field leadership teams
- Create operational KPIs and accountability systems across the organization
- Improve labor productivity, customer experience, and store profitability
- Partner with Finance and Merchandising on forecasting and operational planning
- Support new store openings, market expansion initiatives, and operational readiness
- Build succession plans and leadership development programs
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, ecommerce, HR, and finance leadership
Vice President of Store Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience leading retail organizations through rapid growth and expansion
- Strong understanding of customer experience strategies and retail execution
- Background in entrepreneurial, founder-led, or fast-paced growth environments
- Experience supporting omnichannel retail initiatives
- Track record of improving operational efficiency, consistency, and profitability across multiple locations
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements proactively
- Experience building high-performing leadership teams and strong organizational culture
