Alcohol & Hospitality Junior Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $125,000 – $165,000, depending on experience and credentials
- 1,850 billable hour requirement
- Bonus eligibility beginning at 1,950 billable hours, including a $10,000 bonus opportunity and additional production-based incentives

Alcohol & Hospitality Junior Associate Attorney Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on matters affecting alcohol beverage and hospitality industry clients
- Draft memoranda, briefs, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Assist with regulatory, licensing, compliance, and business-related matters
- Support attorneys in litigation and transactional matters
- Participate in client meetings and case strategy discussions
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas
- Manage assignments, deadlines, and client matters with attention to detail
- Provide exceptional client service and communication
Alcohol & Hospitality Junior Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 0-2 years of legal experience
- Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
- Tennessee Bar license or ability to waive into Tennessee
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Full-time, in-office commitment in Nashville
