Position Overview
A medical malpractice litigation firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Attorney and help maintain the daily flow of a fast-paced legal practice.
This role is primarily executive support, with light office management responsibilities and the opportunity to gradually learn and assist with paralegal tasks over time. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, manages multiple priorities with confidence, and brings structure and clarity to busy, deadline-driven days.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Attorney’s calendar, scheduling, and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, court dates, and case-related timelines
- Draft correspondence and manage professional communications
- Anticipate needs and prioritize competing demands
Office Coordination
- Maintain organization of case files and administrative systems
- Oversee basic office logistics and vendor coordination
- Help create and refine processes that improve workflow efficiency
Growth Opportunity
- Over time, assist with document preparation, deadline tracking, Intake calls, and litigation support
- Learn medical malpractice procedures and case management fundamentals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive assistant, legal administrative, or comparable experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Law firm experience preferred but not required
- Can speak Spanish conversationally
