- Clear career progression and strong tenures in a retail, sales, or hospitality industry management role
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends as required.
- Demonstrated desire to develop leadership abilities and advance within the company.
Brand President in Training Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience managing customer or client-facing staff members
- Comfort with analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements.
- Demonstrated career progression and ambition in a sales, retail, or hospitality setting
Brand President in Training: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations across a large portfolio of short-term rental properties.
- Support guest service efforts, manage reservations, and ensure owner satisfaction.
- Communicate with property owners and support relationship management.
- Monitor property performance, occupancy rates, and revenue data.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Lead special projects and take on increased responsibilities during training.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, providing leadership support to all departments.
