We’re partnering with a well-established, family-oriented independent insurance agency who is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and servicing a book of business while delivering a high level of client service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of Personal Lines accounts
- Handle all lines of personal coverage
- Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, policy changes, and quoting activities
- Review accounts, identify coverage needs, and support account rounding, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance within agency systems and documentation processes
- Utilize AMS360 to manage workflows, account activity, and policy information (experience preferred but not required)
- Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver excellent client outcomes and maintain service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Personal Lines Account Management or Personal Lines CSR experience
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages across a variety of industries
- Experience with endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, quoting, and account servicing activities
- AMS360 experience preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience
