We are seeking a proven enterprise sales hunter to drive new business growth for a rapidly growing organization. Ideal candidates will come from marketing and advertising, digital marketing, MarTech, SaaS, business services, or customer acquisition solutions backgrounds and have a demonstrated track record of generating net-new business, building executive-level relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.
Director of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Prospect and engage executive-level decision makers
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Navigate complex sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams
- Consistently exceed revenue and growth objectives
Director of Business Development Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Strong prospecting and hunting skills
- Executive-level presentation and communication abilities
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with significant earning potential.
