Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Store Manager retail leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
- Strong customer service background with a team-oriented leadership style
- Stable work history and hands-on management approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in craft, hobby, or specialty retail environments
- Knowledge of crafting materials is a plus, but not required
