Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of recent full service restaurant Manager experience
- Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
- Proven leadership ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Assist the General manager in hiring, training, motivating, coaching & developing staff
- Ensure the highest quality of food goes out to every guest
- Orders, Inventories, schedules, P & L and cost management
