What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Experience in an upscale or high-volume concept preferred
- Experience with banquets and events
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage daily operations, labor, and guest experience
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
