Vice President of IT
Enterprise Strategy | Technology Modernization | Business Impact
We are partnering with a growth-oriented, multi-entity organization seeking a Senior Director of IT to lead enterprise technology strategy during a critical phase of expansion and systems modernization.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build, align, and elevate opportunity.
You will sit at the leadership table, aligning technology with business objectives while strengthening infrastructure, security, data strategy, and enterprise systems to support long-term scalability and operational excellence.
What You’ll Drive
• Develop and execute a forward-looking enterprise IT roadmap aligned with business growth
• Modernize infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Oversee enterprise systems, network architecture (LAN/WAN), and business applications
• Strengthen governance, compliance, and data protection standards
• Lead capital planning, vendor strategy, and IT budgeting initiatives
• Establish scalable processes that support acquisition, integration, and expansion
• Implement and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery programs
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Executive-level exposure with strong strategic influence
• Deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting growth or acquisition environments is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• CNE or comparable certification preferred
