Vice President of IT Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- Demonstrated executive-level experience with strategic influence
- Proven expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting growth or acquisition environments highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- CNE or comparable certification preferred
Vice President of IT Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise IT roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Modernize infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Oversee enterprise systems, network architecture, and business applications
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and data protection standards
- Lead capital planning, vendor management, and IT budgeting initiatives
- Establish scalable processes to support acquisitions, integrations, and expansion
- Implement and maintain robust business continuity and disaster recovery programs
