Senior Director of IT Requirements & Qualifications
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience with senior/executive-level responsibilities
- Extensive experience managing LANs and WANs
- Proven success leading and developing IT teams of at least 7 professionals
- Expertise in infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Strong written communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company insurability standards
Senior Director of IT Preferred Background & Skills
- Certified Network Engineer (CNE) certification preferred
- Experience scaling IT capabilities through acquisitions or rapid growth
- Ability to work at both strategic and technical levels within an organization
Senior Director of IT Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT department, fostering a service-focused, innovative culture
- Oversee IT operations including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and data management
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards
- Manage IT budgets, capital planning, and vendor relationships to deliver operational excellence
- Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for critical systems
