What You’ll Do
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and a fun, high-energy atmosphere
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant and service operations, including food & beverage execution and guest satisfaction
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing, hospitality-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor labor, costs, and operational efficiency to support strong financial performance
- Support the execution of events and high-volume service periods
- Partner with senior leadership to continuously improve service, team engagement, and operational results
What You Bring
- Management experience in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venues
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Knowledge of food safety, liquor compliance, and operational best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in an energetic environment
