We are seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Accounting to support our portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Caribbean. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this role will provide financial oversight, accounting support, operational guidance, and leadership to property-level finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financial modeling.
- Provide task force support and serve as interim Director of Finance when needed.
- Partner with property leadership and executive teams to drive financial performance.
- Assist with financial systems implementation and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of hotel accounting leadership experience.
- Previous on-site hotel experience required.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, ProfitSword, ADP, Opera, SMS, Symphony, SpaSoft, or DataVision is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the U.S. and Caribbean and maintain a valid passport.
