Restaurant General Manager – Upscale / Fine Dining
Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 + 10% Bonus | Full Benefits
We are seeking a high-calibre Restaurant General Manager to lead a 200-seat upscale restaurant. This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role ideal for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to expand their career in a brand-driven, high-visibility environment.
Restaurant General Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage schedules, labor costs, and operational budgets
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on service flow and events
- Uphold brand standards, compliance, and cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Restaurant General Manager – Requirements
- 3+ years as a Restaurant or Senior Manager in a high-volume luxury hotel environment
- Proven leadership and cost-control experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- ServSafe and harassment-prevention certification required
