Tenant Improvement Project Manager for Subcontracting

Tenant Improvement Project Manager Overview
If you are a 3D thinker who can walk into an unfinished room and instantly see how drywall, glass, ceilings, millwork, and finishes must come together, this role is calling your name. This is interior subcontractor project management. Fast paced. Detail heavy. Multiple trades in tight spaces. Calm leadership required.
You will run interior build outs such as boardrooms, conference rooms, breakrooms, lobby renovations, restaurant interiors, and high expectation corporate spaces where precision matters and field conditions change constantly.
Tenant Improvement Project Manager
What You Will Do
Run TI projects from kickoff through punchout
Coordinate drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, and finishes
Verify measurements and field conditions before trades mobilize
Identify conflicts early and solve issues before they impact schedule
Track materials, manpower, and sequencing in real time
Work directly with field crews on problem solving
Communicate clearly with clients and site teams
Deliver clean, high quality work inside occupied commercial environments
