Position Overview
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to deliver an exceptional, personalized member experience while driving financial performance and operational excellence.
General Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead all club operations with a focus on white-glove service, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Champion an elevated member experience through anticipatory, relationship-driven hospitality.
- Mentor and develop department leaders, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
- Drive financial results through budgeting, forecasting, and disciplined cost controls.
- Partner with the Board/Ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Monitor KPIs and member feedback to continuously improve service and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and governance standards.
General Manager Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or private clubs.
- Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards and member relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
