General Manager Responsibilities and Skills
- Provide hands-on leadership and set the tone for a warm, efficient, and joyful service culture
- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to meet sales goals and budget targets
- Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering growth and accountability
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to innovate and execute seasonal offerings
- Actively engage with guests and build community relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant operation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or GM (daytime/brunch service a plus)
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance guest experience with operational efficiency
- Passion for farm-to-table dining, wellness, and community connection
- Motivated to drive sales and grow the business
- ServSafe Certification preferred
