- $140,000 to $250,000+ based on experience

Commercial Litigation Attorney (Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner Level) Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience preferred; more experienced attorneys and portable books of business will be considered.
- Experience taking and defending depositions – solid litigator
- Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- Experience managing litigation matters from discovery through resolution
- Excellent analytical, research, communication, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Commercial Litigation Attorney (Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner Level) Preferred Background & Skills

- Experience handling direct client relationships

- Existing client relationships or book of business welcomed but not required.
Commercial Litigation Attorney (Associate, Senior Associate, or Partner Level) Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage commercial and complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
- Maintain direct communication with clients and provide practical legal guidance
- Negotiate settlements and assist in alternative dispute resolution efforts
- Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial strategy
