Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of consultative sales, relationship-based sales, or practitioner-focused sales experience within health, wellness, biotech, medical device, supplements, coaching, or related industries
- Proven ability to sell high-consideration products or services through education, trust-building, and long-term relationship development
- Experience working within practitioner networks, integrative health environments, chiropractic, functional medicine, coaching, or complementary wellness industries
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence conducting phone and video-based sales conversations with healthcare practitioners and wellness professionals
- Experience managing outreach, pipeline activity, follow-up communication, and CRM tracking in a remote sales environment
- Genuine interest in holistic health, biohacking, functional medicine, energy wellness, preventative health, or mind-body wellness approaches
- Educate practitioners and clinics on innovative wellness products and solutions designed to support complex health challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health and wellness professionals to support long-term business growth and client retention
- Conduct outbound outreach, nurture inbound leads, and manage ongoing follow-up activities throughout the sales cycle
- Clearly explain technical or nuanced wellness concepts in an approachable, grounded, and compelling way
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal leadership and support teams
Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, virtual communication tools, and sales workflows
- Naturally consultative, adaptable, relationship-oriented, and highly self-motivated
- Passionate about holistic wellness and motivated by helping practitioners improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions
