Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, within the non-ferrous metal industry
- Proven sales background in lightweight raw materials, such as aluminum or magnesium
- Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ERP software
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, automotive, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual skills are an advantage
Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by nurturing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and industry presence
- Foster long-term partnerships by understanding customers’ needs and delivering solutions
- Monitor emerging markets, analyze competition, and identify new product opportunities
- Generate sales forecasts and regular pipeline reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete additional tasks as assigned
