Industrial Automation Sales Engineer

We’re partnering with a growing industrial automation and integration company seeking a driven Sales Engineer to help expand business across manufacturing, utilities, and industrial operations environments.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands industrial automation, enjoys building client relationships, and wants to play a major role in growing a technical solutions business.

- Industrial automation sales
- Controls or SCADA environments

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new business within industrial and automation-focused markets
- Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders
- Generate pipeline through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry relationships
- Manage opportunities from initial conversations through project close
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Help drive growth within manufacturing, utilities, and industrial sectors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial automation, technical sales, controls, or systems integration
- Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, controls systems, or industrial automation environments
- Proven ability to generate business and manage customer relationships
- Comfortable working with technical and operational stakeholders
- Self-driven and able to operate independently
Preferred Background
- Ignition experience
- Controls integration or automation project exposure
- Existing industrial or manufacturing relationships
- Experience selling technical or project-based solutions
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100K–$120K – OTE 200k
- Uncapped commission structure
