Kitchen Manager Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager
- Experience in Fast Casual or Casual concepts
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
- Strong Leadership skills
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
