A restaurant group is seeking a highly engaged, execution-focused marketing manager to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth across its portfolio.
This is not a corporate, sit-behind-a-desk marketing role.
We are looking for a marketing leader who thrives in the field, collaborates directly with operators, and enjoys building campaigns from concept through execution.
What You’ll Own:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies across multiple restaurant concepts
- Partner closely with operations teams to drive traffic, sales, and community engagement
- Create marketing collateral, digital assets, in-store signage, and social content (Canva proficiency required)
- Oversee promotional calendars, menu launches, LTO campaigns, and grassroots initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all locations
- Support grand openings, rebrands, and activation events
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics to drive measurable results
- Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of marketing experience within food & beverage or restaurant brands (multi-unit experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to execute campaigns at the store level—not just strategy development
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and hands-on content creation
- Experience supporting in-store promotions, community marketing, and brand activations
- Collaborative, operational mindset with the ability to influence field leadership
- Data-driven but creative
- Comfortable working both in the field and at a strategic level
