Territory Sales Representative

We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for a field-based outside sales role focused on developing brand-new territories and growing reseller relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales, account management, industrial, construction, agricultural, or blue-collar sales experience looking to break into outside sales.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll spend most of your time on the road making in-person customer visits, prospecting new dealers, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships across your territory.
Territory Sales Representative – Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
- First-year OTE: $90,000–$100,000+
- Dealer sign-on bonuses and growth incentives
- Company-provided van, laptop, and cell phone
- Company-paid gas, hotels, and travel expenses
- $50/day meal per diem

Territory Sales Representative – Requirements & Qualifications
- Some sales experience required (inside sales, account management, pro desk, industrial sales, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and willingness to cold prospect
- Comfortable spending most of the week driving and meeting customers face-to-face
- Experience in industrial, construction, agricultural, manufacturing, warehousing, or related industries is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Territory Sales Representative – Preferred Background & Skills
- Ability to develop new business through daily in-person cold visits and relationship building
- Manage and grow a territory of dealers, retailers, contractors, and industrial accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations and support reseller partners
- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and networking
- Travel throughout your territory with overnight travel averaging 3 nights per week
- Maintain CRM activity and customer follow-up
